Job Description:
Boutique Branding Agency located in SoHo, New York City is currently seeking a highly motivated Bookkeeper. Immediate need.
Qualifications:
Must have very strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, strong accounting skills including month end closings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, analysis, strong Excel skills, vendor reconciliation, COGS spread sheets, inventory reconciliation knowledge.
Responsibilities to include:
Processing payroll, on-line business banking, write A/P checks, field vendor calls, oversee A/R collections: contact customers, post cash receipts, Human Resources and general office administration, Bank and corporate credit card account reconciliation, Expense reports, Allocation of expenses; prepare billables, manage health insurance enrollment and claim filings.
